When you submit a pilot request, we receive the details you enter:

• Your name and work email address
• Company and fleet size
• Your role or title, if you choose to provide it
• The areas you select as being of interest
• Any notes you add

We also process limited technical information to keep the site secure and to prevent abusive or automated submissions. For this purpose we use a one-way, salted request fingerprint rather than storing your network address.

• To understand your fleet's needs so the conversation is useful
• To operate, support and secure this website
• To detect and prevent abuse of our forms
• To improve the content and experience of the site

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use this site for advertising profiling.

We share information within AiDEN with the people who need it to respond to you. We also use trusted service providers — for example hosting, database and communication infrastructure — that process information on our behalf under appropriate obligations. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

We keep pilot request information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here and to meet legal or record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your submission sooner.

Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access restricted to authorised people. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, though no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Write to hello@aidenauto.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.

AiDEN GO is intended for fleet operators and business users. This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

This site links to aidenauto.com and to third-party destinations such as app stores. Those services have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
